As a potential customer of Cottingham Technical Services Ltd, you may provide certain company details which fall under the new GDPR legislation. This law replaces the Data Protection Act 1998.
Here at Cottingham Technical Services we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account, and to provide the products and services you have requested from us, however, from time to time we may wish to contact you with details of other products and services that we provide.
Your company information will be held securely, both electronically, and through paper filing systems. As a company, we can demonstrate that we have procedures in place to ensure your data is not shared with third parties and that it is only used for legitimate business purposes.
If you become customer you may need to provide us with your company payment details. These will be kept within our online banking facility and accounting package, which are protected through password security.
Cottingham Technical Services will not share your details with third parties. They are required for the sole use of a business relationship between our respective companies.
If you do provide us with any personal data and wish for it to be deleted, please contact us in writing, by either email david.rowe@ctsprocess.co.uk or by letter to our trading address.
Our website does not use “tracking cookies” and as such, unless you provide details we are unable to contact any individuals unless details are submitted to us.
